On day1 we started on basics of freelancing.

In this first session we learned some basic concepts of freelancing and then the freelancing platform, i.e. fiverr.
• So, freelancing is, offering writing or other skill based services to people, businesses or organizations on payment. And Freelancer is a term used for this skilled person who provides the services to anyone who wants it and is not committed to a single employer.
• Freelancing Market Place:
Freelancing Market Place means a platform where freelancers provide their services.
So, there are 2 types of Freelancing Market Place;
• Traditional Market Place: Clients post a job and freelancers do bidding on it.
• Upwork
• Guru
• Freelancer
Non-Traditional Market Place: Freelancer posts or create gigs related to their skills and clients will contact them for hiring.
• Fiverr is the most common marketplace for freelancers to provide their services.
• Keyword research
Before creating a gig on fiverr, its important to research a low competition keyword to choose as a title for your gig.
Basic designing is required for gig creation which is easy by using canva.
Canva.com is a free online designing platform that contains free templates and designs.
We can use it to design thumbnails for our chosen gig.
• W can use pexels.com for free stock images to use in our thumbnails.
• An impressive gig video can also be created with canva.
• For writing error free content, use grammarly extension.
We have to write a good description of our skills.
Then offer price packages to the prospective clients.
Then write the probable faqs.
• After that we can publish the gig.
• After publishing make sure to share the gig on social media
• Follow 80/20 principle in every task/project.
